Once we confirm the refund, the related license key(s) are revoked and the plugin's pricing features turn off on any connected site. The refund itself is issued to your original payment method and, depending on your bank or card issuer, typically shows up within 5–10 business days.
Once the 14-day window has passed, purchases are final and we're not able to offer a refund — this keeps the guarantee simple and fair for everyone. You're always welcome to cancel a yearly plan so it simply doesn't renew.
To keep this guarantee sustainable, we may decline a refund if we see a pattern of repeat purchase-and-refund cycles on the same site or account. If you open a chargeback with your bank or card provider without contacting us first, we may be unable to reinstate the license afterward — emailing us first is always faster.
