These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Mowwax ("we", "us", "our") and the aQuantity Tier Pricing plugin and any other products we sell (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing a license, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Mowwax sells license keys for aQuantity Tier Pricing, a WooCommerce plugin that adds fixed quantity-tier pricing to a store. A license key activates the plugin on a limited number of sites depending on the plan purchased (1, 3, or 10 sites) and includes one year of updates and support, unless purchased as a one-time lifetime license.
You need an account to manage your licenses, view invoices, and get support. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away at support@mowwax.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subject to payment and these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the plugin on the number of sites covered by your plan. You may not:

Prices are shown in EUR and exclude any taxes that may apply in your country. Annual plans renew automatically each year at the then-current price unless cancelled beforehand; lifetime plans are billed once. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details.

Please don't use the Service to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, distribute malware, or interfere with the Service's normal operation (including attempts to overload our systems or access accounts that aren't yours).
The plugin, our website, and our branding remain our property (or that of our licensors). Purchasing a license gives you the right to use the software as described above — it doesn't transfer ownership or any intellectual property rights to you.
We may release updates, change features, or discontinue the plugin. We'll try to give reasonable notice of any change that materially affects existing licenses.
You can stop using the Service and let your plan lapse at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account or license if you materially breach these Terms and don't fix it after being notified.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mowwax won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
